Realtor.com and other public sites: If buyers find one of our customer's properties on a website such as Realtor.com (the official site of the National Association of Realtors and the most visited real estate site on the webs with over 6.6 million unique visitors a month), MLSConnect.us™ forwards those leads to them directly and they pay no commission because no agent is involved.

Classified Ads: Or, if our customers decide to market their property on their own in addition to the MLS such as a classified ad or a "by owner" website - again, there is no commission. Under most full-service Realtor listing agreements, the Seller pays their Realtor the 6% commission whether the Realtor sells the home or you sell you home yourself...even to your friends and family. Our listing agreement gives you the option of selling it on your own in which case you pay no commission. If a Realtor does bring you a ready, willing and able buyer and you accept that buyer's offer, only then will you pay that Realtor the commission they are due. MLS Connect: If a buyer comes to you through our website they have direct access to your contact information and can contact you directly.
